Daybreak East Hartford Concrete was founded in 2017 by a crew that grew up in the Hartford area and knew the concrete trade inside and out. East Hartford is an older community - most of the homes here were built in the 1940s through 1960s, and they come with the kind of concrete challenges that take real local experience to handle well.
